How it works

How a case moves

Each stage begins when the one before it finishes. Nothing here happens at a scheduled time, and nobody sits in a waiting room.

01 Your doctor Invites you Daacter is not a directory of doctors — you can only use it with a physician who has sent you an invitation link.
02 You Record a short video Describe the problem in your own words, add your details and delivery address, and pay the advance fee your doctor has agreed with you.
03 Your doctor Watches and replies They either prescribe, or tell you that you need to be seen in person. If the recording is unusable they will ask you to record again.
04 A pharmacy Delivers Your doctor names the pharmacy. It prepares your medicines and couriers them to the address you gave.

The fee

You set the fee. The patient pays you directly.

Your rate is on your account, and every case records the fee it was opened at — so changing your rate never rewrites what a patient was quoted. They transfer it and upload the receipt; you confirm you received it. Only then does the case reach your queue.

Daacter takes no commission and holds no balance. The money never passes through us, so there is nothing to withdraw and nothing to reconcile.

Your recording is the most sensitive thing you send

So it is the part we are strictest about.

Only the doctor treating you can watch it

It can only be watched by the doctor treating you, never by the pharmacy. There is no public link to your video — it is streamed by a view that checks who you are and whether this case is yours.

Every time anyone opens your case, that is recorded

Who looked, when, and what they changed. The log is append-only: an entry is never edited or removed once written.

It is deleted once your doctor has replied

Your recording is deleted automatically once your doctor has replied. It does not sit on a server after it has done its job. Your case notes and prescription stay; the recording does not.
